G6DS real flash card problem ....or Pokemon Pearl/ Diamond ROM Problem?

Ok so....this has been bugging me for days now and so many times i have asked for technical suppor and no reply...so here we go....

I have a G6DS Real flash card. I livein the UK and im having a problem with the saving on Pokemon Pearl and diamond. I have downloaded the (U) version of this game so many times and all the time i load the rom....start the game...save the file(which says save successful btw)...turn my NDS off....Load it again....and the game starts over again? I have checked it on my PC and the flashcard has a saved file on it but it is 0 bytes in size? However today I downloaded the (E) version......which for some strange reason is German only and the game saved and loaded??? Yet coming from the UK this isnt any good as im lazy and im not bi-lingual.

If any one knows what this problem is or can help me then please reply soon as irealy want to play the game!!!!
