My friend and I are trying to make a video using the PS2 and we finished but I need to know how to move the replay data from the PS2 to the PC.

rephrase your question, it's difficult to understand what exactly you're looking for.

you need something called an 'analogue video capture device'. Many graphics cards have 'video in' capability, which will do the job, alternatively you'd need something like Dazzle DVD Creator or Pinnacle Moviebox/MovieBoard. The basic idea is you play back the replay on the PS2, effectively using the PC to watch it on, and capture at the same time.
