freezed games and patches settings

i was trying to change the settings on my ds acekard to that i could get all the games to work on the card..i changed aLL THE PATCHES settings...then played a game...now every time i turn my ds off then on again and touch the acekard link to play the acekard games it immeditley starts on the game i played last before i changed the patches settings...it doesnt go to the menu and i cant chose what game i want to play...it starts on that same game...the game loads then just freezes...i press the buttons and touch the screen but nothing happens it just uploads and freezes and stays that way..i when i turn it off the on it does the same thing...im trying to get back to the main menu where i can chose the game i want to play!!! please help me out!!!!!!!!p
