Where could I download free music for my ipod? I sound cheap, but times are getting rough for my parents.. So is there any site to download free music with album covers and everything?

Edit: I have an iPod Touch 4th generation 32GB. Going to be jailbroken soon.

Add them to your iTunes library and then sync your iPod to your computer like you add any other music.

Nobody buys music, just get your music from torrent sites and stuff.
There's also some free music on the Cydia thing when you jailbreak your iPod.

    you guys are so paranoid...
    LimeWire Piratebay Edition or Torrents...

Third, and probably the best choice...
In Google type the name of your band and then Taringa "artist taringa"
For example i typed in "maroon five taringa" and got the whole maroon five discography with covers :I
The site is indeed in spanish, but you can translate it with Google translate if you want :D

    It didn't...
Type in LimeWire Piratebay Edition at tp-
It should have an anime image once installed or booted :3
If you want other options such as covers, you can use Taringa!

Taringa's awesome for a lot more than just music, too. I've found lots of stuff there that I've never seen anywhere else just with their "Buscador" search and google translate, mainly rare comic scans and rare animes IN ENGLISH! (including the original 1960s astro boy DVD rip, which I badly wanted since my purchased set is glitching out and dying and seems impossible to rip). Just add "ingles" or "dual" to your search terms.

But ya, you'll find music there too, no prob. I also use filestube a lot if I'm after an OST or FFshrine/Galbadia Hotel if you're into Game/Anime/Movie OSTs.

Or you can use a popular torrent site (or Google) and search "[Artist name] discography".

Just google for an album or use filestube.com for like an album that's pretty hard to find. And plus you can use iTunes to put your songs into your iPod. You can also google for album covers and use iTunes to put them on there.

What.CD/Waffles. They're two of the best places on the net to get quality music. The problem is that they're invite only, so good luck.

iTunes can already grab the album cover for you. He can do your method in the event that iTunes doesn't get the album cover for that obscure band or group.

    Compared to the alternatives:
Taringa and LimeWire PirateBay Edition are the top two...

limewire is EXTREMELY likely to get the RIAA on your ass.
