FPS recommendations

Can someone recommend a good modern FPS for PC that doesn't have: aliens, lasers, zombies, monsters....etc

and it must have a good single player mode

something like (Black) for PS2/Xbox

Red Orchestra Ostfront 41-45 is good. Tripwire Interactive are very good, even if they're pretty new on the whole gaming front.

Voxelstein 3D - Ok for most people you will probably either love it of hate it. I fall into the category of loving it. The game was inspired by Wolfenstein and it is quite a trip. The game is I think one level long but its a big level and there is a ton of hidden things to find. What makes this game so unique is that everything in the game (when you start playing it), is made out of a block or a Voxel. What this means is that, using your knife or grenades or bombs, you can cut or blow up ANYTHING you see. Literally you can blow up a wall or the floor or a chair or anything you see. Now some might be turned off by the way the game looks and how the destructibility isn't exactly what you would expect, but the game dares to be different and in my book, it succeeds.
