hello i was wondering if you could help me. I cant seem to go onto to the forum it keeps telling me i am banned for some unknown reason. yet if i go onto another computer i can access my account no problem. please help i do miss the forum when i cant go onto it. ???
Prehaps IP ban for some reason. But it should say "BANNED" as your rank-I see casual gamer. This will be moved to site support I hope so prehaps an admin can explain.

You and a few others just happen to be in the same IP range of an utter idiot(girogex for those who are curious) we've had to put up with in the past. I'll see if I can fix it but I'm not sure if it'll work or not. Sorry about that. The bans end up hitting people who have nothing to do with the problem every once in awhile unfortunately. =/
..? If someone who was banned has a dynamic IP address (like Girogex, and Databank) sometimes they'll ban the area where they live, or their IP range. In G-masters, they banned all of India because there was one member who warranted a ban, he had a dynamic IP so they just banned his area. Something like that.
Square Enix banned most of China from connecting to their Final Fantasy XI servers for a while. It was funny.

No we won't... We're not going to ban a lot of users because of one moron, ultimately it takes us 5 seconds to ban someone and another 10 seconds to delete the shit he did. If people want to waste their time trolling us then we'll just have to work with that, we're not going to randomly ban ips. That said, we are going to ban just one the current ip of the troll (until we find out it's dynamic anyway) so that one might hit that one ip, it's unlikely but possible.

use a site like www.whatismyip.com several times a week for a couple of weeks, if it changes its dynamic.

you should be able to get on from your original computer, if it happens again try disconnecting from the internet and reconnecting (should force your computer to get a new IP address).
But that's only if the lease for that IP has expired. I've found that my IP is dynamic somewhat and it changes every day...
sorry about my last message being posted before id finished writing. i have noticed since the bab saga if its not coming up as banned it cannot find the page
