    A little place with a few threads like:

    (Sticky) Language Place rules

    Dutch Topic
    Spanish Topic
    German Topic
    French Topic
    etc.

    In each topic (lets pick Dutch topic) a specific language may be speaked.
    Moderators can use a translator (sush as Google Translator) to moderate the topic. Or choose a few moderators (Dutch, French etc. people) to moderate each thread.

    In this section everyone may talk in the language of their country.


    I hope you like the idea...

    To elaborate. We need to be able to monitor the conversation going on here to ensure it conforms to our rules, since we do not understand those languages we cannot allow discussion in them. Appointing language moderators would be a huge amount of work since we need to know the moderator is mature and capable of maintaining the position as well as have seen a certain amount of activity and trust.
