Format iPod Touch but keep 3rd Party Apps?

    Is there a way I can format my iPod Touch while keeping my Rock (like 3rd Party AppStore + Icy), Installer, and install0us apps? install0us isn't a big deal, since I have AppSync so I can just get all the cracked apps back, but how can I keep my Rock Store and Installer apps (mainly gpSPhone :))?

    Can you backup the files to your PC first?

    Not the third part apps. The main thing I need is to just back up Cydia apps.

    if you sync it , the apps wouldnt also sync , isnt it ?
    if you dislike one or more apps , just delete it then ..

    No, as soon as I sync the apps with my new computer, all of my JAILBROKEN apps will be gone. I switched computers, so I just deleted all my old songs, videos, pictures, contacts, etc. without deleting my apps. I want my updated apps, but when I update them, my Rock apps are gone.

    The reason I need to be doing this is because I hate updating through install0us, since it removes all your in-game store items and records. I just need a way to backup only my Rock apps, don't touch my normal apps, format my iPod, and resync all of my normal apps back, and restore my jailbreak and Rock apps.
