Forbiddon 403 msg when downloading from Noth America mirror... HELP!!!!!

    i am always getting 403 message when i use the north american mirror... so i hav to download from the european mirror and its really slow...

    any way of fixing this???

    you are behind some sort of proxy and someone else with your IP is downloading from the north american server. The slowness from the EU server is probably due to distance.
