Flashdrive doesn't show up anymore.

Basically I don't know what I did but when I insert my sd reader nothing shows up. Nothing is broken or anything it just doesn't show up. What do I need to do in order for my computer to see it?

Im not a 100% sure but as far as USB readers and memory cards go , my experiance is, if it doesnt show up , either the drivers or the product is faulty / currupt, I would say reinstall the drivers but SD readers dont have any i dont think.

Theres no messages but it says something about it being faster or something and yes it does work on other computers.

 

Yeah i tried putting it in different ports but it shows for like one second and then dissapears.

 

Aren't you suppose to right click on my computer and check "Devices?"

 

When it worked, and when you took it out, did you "Safely Remove Hardware"?

 

Well, when I was opening my ds folder(inside the sd reader) I also tried dragging in this game and then I pressed a button. After that it just stop. It's not broken or anything.

 

This happened to me a lot and I basically just put it into different USB ports. Sometimes, that doesn't work for me so I remove the microSD card for a few minutes and try again.
If that doesn't work, restart your computer.

 

I did that and it doesn't work.

 

Have you tried to plug in other USB cords?

 

I have and now it doesn't work anymore.

 

This happened to me so i had to order another of the internet

 

Try a new card reader first. They tend to go bad.
