Flashcart help

    in the past few days my TTDS has been going crazy.
    it is saying my heart gold is currupt and needs to restart. i formatted the card and it worked fine. then i turned my ds off for a bit and it said the same thing. any help? i dont wanna lose my team (90+hours)

    Format your MSD with Panasonic formatter, back up your HG Save file.
