    I was just wondering if Flash cards for the NDS are illegal or is it just the roms ?

    I think flashcarts are legal, they certainly have legal uses, regardless of what nintendo want people to think.

    They are definately legal in my area. ;D ;D ;DNobody cares about piracy and all the legal stuff here :D.

    Cards are legal, Roms are illegal. Flashcard are actually ment to back up your games and save files, not for pirating games from internet and playing on your DS.

    Roms are definatly illegal cause its basiclly stealing. Flashcarts were made for many other reasons people now are just smart and know how to make something legal turn into illegal usage

    Wrong. That is what they want you to think, but piracy is not stealing. Stealing is taking something With the intent to deprive the rightful owner of it. When you pirate a game or something, you do not deprive the rightful owner of it therefore it is by definition not stealing.

    it may not be stealing but it is theivery, same concept anyways and it is still illegal either way
