You could take them to a video store. They usually have a disc repair device.

Then, you'd need something to get scratches off of discs.

I don't know if this is what you need, but it seems to do the job. - http://www.amazon.com/Digital-Innovations-10185-Motorized-AutoMax/dp/B00080YK9Y

    I've never actually used one.

I have honestly tried everything...and I mean EVERY homemade remedy for disc scratches and none seem to work quite right... =\
I even smeared toothpaste on a disc and flushed it in a toilet with no avail. XD

Tooth paste works sometimes but don't flush it down the toilet!!
Give the disc a good scrub with the toothpaste for a good few minutes and wipe it off then gently clean it with a damp cloth.
You could also try cleaning the lens with a disc cleaner but aint gamecubes little discs? you could get some alcohol on a cloth and clean lens instead.

i bought my cd unscratcher a long time ago, back when i still bought my games.....
well anyways, i believe this is the company.

i bought mine at walgreens, they also have them at fry's electronics around the game center........
i bought the one that kinda looks like a jack-in a box [not sure if this is the same model], you have to spin it, its safe, the manual says that it removes a bit off the top of the disk, the unused plastic (not the data) just don't over do it....................$19.00

or you could buy the liquid type or manual sander type........ which frankly i did not find useful..........
