fix for sonic classic collection and more of a fix on pokemon hg+ss on ttds(i)

    ok
    more of a fix on pokemon hg and ss and a fix for sonic classic collection (U) on ttds/ttdsi...
    im not shore if this works on a r4 test it and leave a comment if u want...
    pokemon is now playable till about 60 advents and sonic c,c is fully playable...
    also fixes for....
    - wario ware D.I.Y (U)
    - sonic and sega alll stars racing (U)+(E)
    - sonic classic collection (U)

    just download and replace all the files from the ttds menu folder with the files you download...

    What? Why would anyone need a no-freezing fix? I use HG on my YSMenu enabled R4 a LOT and it only froze twice, and not even in the same 3 months!

    because i dont use the ys menu so the ones who dont have freezes every 20 mins so i can now just patch it with no freezes at all..
