Fishing Rod - Pokemon Black / White 2

    So where do you get it? I dont mind what type of rod it is, just kinda in need of water pokemon (besides Maril / Tympole)
    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I'm not so sure but I got a super rod from Prof. Araragi's father.
    I got mine post E4.
