Can you please provide a photo of the front and back of your flashcard and if you can a photo of the pvc and the serial codes on that in the flash card So i can help you determine exactly what R4I ultra you own and if its a clone Generally all R4's are clones And i recommend an SCDS2 if you have the money Or an Acekard 2I if all you want is to be able to play Nds roms Your card even with the latest official firmware and updates probably wont support pokemon black and white 2 For UNofficial firmware i recommend TTmenu/YSmenu http://forum.romulation.net/index.php?topic=43121.0 Make sure Your device is supported and read the page thoroughly

Did you ever accesed the site before you posted this question? (the one on the FC) The site doesn't seem to exist. You can search it, everywhere...no results. One thing, this FC seems to be a clone, just like mine. Some clones (or fakes) uses a proper a firmware provided by the site (which seems to be my case) and thats it, you can just upgrade the kernel with their files, if you try to upgrade it with another file (for example, RGF's multicart "kernel" won't work and it have a slightly chance to render the FC, useless) it won't work. Can you post what "files" have come with the FC? _RPG, TTMenu.sys, "anything".dat...? I think we could help you more if you provide to us this information.
