Firmware,action replay or Patches

HI there jw if i download new firmware for the ACEKARD2.0 which file do i place it under so that it will upgrade my acekard. When you have all the filed out which file do i place it under(The newer firmware,action replay codes and patches) Could someone explain how to do this for me i am using acekard 2.0 for my ds lite

New firmware eh?

Delete the exsisting one but keep the old contents.

So preety much...

- _acekard (something like that-that goes-it's a folder-whole thing goes)
- akmenu.nds (this controls the menu-delete)


And the contents of the new one should be the same-just place them in the root/beginning of the memory card.


Not sure about the other stuff-if we are lucky my downloads have enough pre-set cheats on the roms XD


(BTW-did you say 2.0-that is the old dodgy acekard-i'd upgrade to the 2.i or at least 2.1 like I have-as the old 2.0 cards have a few risk)

 

Regular Acekard 2s are fine. Just overwrite the existing files from the new firmware. With AKAIO, it's best to delete the firmware apparently.
