I'll always prefer FF over IE regardless of memory consumption, but either way lets go Mozilla!! :D

Safari's gotten a lot faster lately, but I'm still sticking to my beta 4 of firefox 3. I love this browser to death.

I have a friend who swears by Opera because it's fast like greasy cow-dung off a hot shovel. I showed him FF3 beta 2 and he's using that now.

mine takes up like 28 megabytes on only 256 ram with windows so i guess that leaves me with only like 151 ram plus my antivirus...., so some times it MAKES THE REST OF MY COMPUTER SLOW and THE BOWSER IT SELF DOSENT RESPOND its worth it for that features and security fire fox has, maby once i up grad to a new computer it would go faster

I tried firefox3 beta, but the problem is plugins. It looks like some plugins cannot run on FF3, e.g.: Google toolbar, Download status and so on ???

That's because it's a beta, and most of the plugins weren't meant to run on a beta.

firefox 3 is better than 2, but it still needs a lot of improving. it still has memory leaks, though not as bad as 2, and CPU usage in 3 is higher.

Well if it's anything like Firefox 2, then I believe it. IE7 and Opera crash my craptop like you wouldn't believe, but the FurryFox is just fine.
