The song's too mainstream. If I knew of it before it became famous, I would have liked it.

I actually like it...though I'm one of those people who loves weird music...its sparks my inspiration to write.

I threw up because they played that song all day long.

 

Listen to yourself. Someone boring wouldn't get the attention the artist is getting right now, and you know it. It's mainstream for a reason. And like it or not, a lot of skill and talent is required to make a song like Fireflies, although it does use mostly synths, beats and autotune, it nonetheless requires a certain amount of knowledge and time.

For it's genre and sound, it's quite unique that it made it into mainstream. I kind of like it.

 

Watch me truncate that into one word.

Don't count off the millions of tweens who like them. They have a say in the music industry too.

Fireflies... not my type of music, but I can see why some people like it. I just wish it weren't so overplayed.
