Fire fox spell check=not working O_O

Hi, I have the latest firefox installed, the check spelling as I type is ticked on...but no spell check?

When I first got windows 7 it was like this, after a format, it began working, then another...and 5 more...it's never worked, and until today I thought the spell check was defualt off.

What can I do?


Ima gonna try re-installing or upgrading the browser but it's never worked before.

You can right click on your text field in quick reply and select "Check Spelling".

 

All I see is "add to dictionary" when I do that.

But that option gave me an idea, now at least the check spelling option is working.

...must be because it was missing a dictionary for some reason...
