not really needing cheats, but i can't get this game to run in english, i've looked though it so much for language select, but since it's in german... please help

 

If you download a Japanese version of a game (for example, because it is the only version of the game currently released), then you won't be able to find or "activate" through cheat codes alternate languages within the rom. You will need to located the translated localised version of the game in question or learn Japanese, like I did.
