Ive built a complete PC for gaming. I hope its good for playing graphics-heavy games like Crysis Warhead. ATI Radeon HD4850 Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit Sharkoon SHA550-12A 500 Watt, ATX12V 2.2, ATX 2.03, 3 x, 4 x Processor AMD Athlon II X4 630 Harddisks 3,5 inch SATA Samsung HD502HI 500 GB, 8,9 / 16 / 5400, € 0,09*, Serial ATA/300 Motherbord ASRock A780LM-S GeiL 4 GB DDR2-800 Kit RAM Samsung SH-D162D DVD drive SO? Yet, again is this good for gaming? ( ive done this post before, but with different components.) AND are any of the components unnecessary? (To keep the price down, i'm on a budget)
Everything Seems fine. According to Benchmarks on your Graphics Card the ATI 4850 is = to a 9800GT Which is very good. You should run Crysis Fine (Though Crysis is a little NVIDIA Biased) I Am assuming you have a Keyboard/Mouse and a Moniter.
I have a mouse and monitor. But if its Nvidia Biased, does it mean that some aspects of the game wont be AS good on an AMD card?
no, if the board has a nvidia chipset you wont be able to use ati crossfire, but one card will function fine. I would also suggest getting windows 7 pro rather than home, as home lacks XP compatibility.
Do you use on-screen keyboard? I know how nasty it is to use that. My keyboard had an error (Windows was booting without saying "there is an error with the keyboard") and I could not type with it.
I have a USB keyboard. but the topic is just about the PC. Post Merge: [time]1267289064[/time] I'm on a budget, Pro is expensive Post Merge: [time]1267289113[/time] Another question... Will Crysis still run well if i have a HD4670 graphics card? I'll be cheaper for me. And will there be a MASSIVE difference in quality?
