final fantasy tactis a2 Yellow Wings quest?

    Hi does anyone know how to get the quest "Yellow Wings in trouble"? Do you have to complete certain quests?

    Merry Christmas if im not on Christmas Day!

    1st..how far r u in the game
    (becuz i mite not be able to help cuz i alrdy beat the whole game 100%)

    edit:
    destination: THE RUINS OF DELGANTUA
    what it says:
    no items required, recommended for dispatch: defender.....TALENTS REQUIRED: NEGOTIATION 51, AND TEAMWORK 51
    up to 4 people may party up in that mission...

    and that is all i got..
