final fantasy tactics A2 (translation anyone?)

Is anyone here Japanese or is good at reading Japanese?
Right now, I'm stuck on the mission　鉄の食村. It's the one where every time you defeat a monster, another one appears. So I guess there's something in the instructions that I'm not getting. Can anyone translate this for me?

There's one kanji that I wasn't able to type because it wasn't a word that existed in Chinese, so I didn't really know what it was. I replaced it with #. It doesn't look like it's too important though.

食村の調達を#みたい
所定の場所にて所定のモンスターを捕まえていただきたいのである。
。白くフウッとした手を待つ
。前菜なので１人まえ１匹
。食す人数は２名

多すぎても困る。少なすぎても困る。

It hardly makes sense, but my friend made it up and it means sort of:

He made it up from stuff we're learning in Spanish.

 

yea, I know. I tried babelfish, but as you might imagine, the stuff it gave me was absolute nonsense
