Final Fantasy IX (disk 1/4), Not Playing

    I downloaded Final Fantasy IX yesterday and began to try it, I loaded the bin after extracting the files as usuial but the game only had a blank black screen, I tryed waiting for 5 minutes but it still dident work, so I tryed another game to see if it was my PSX but the games play fine. I also tryed configureing my settings to a common setting but it dident play still. So I just want to report that Final Fantasy IX is not working and I hope you can fix it. (P.S. Do you mind returning my 400 points? Thankyou)

    It might be your emulator. I have Final Fantasy 9 and it works fine, but I get the same problem as you but with Final Fantasy 8. I only found this out today though, and haven't had time to find out what's wrong.

    i got the same problem 2...maybe its the new FF9 ISO...i tried all kinds of emulators but still fail...

    same here,,, it just shows a black screen for me~_~
    i wanna play this game badly :x

    im using epsxe btw

    I got the same problem with FF9 disk1 hosted here.

    But my own disk works fine.

    hey you guys...i posted before..guess what...i found a website that have a working FF9 ISO... ;D ;D ;D...the ISO from romulation needs to be changed...take note...

    this is the website address...

    but it is quite a pain as it you need to download it in ten packets...and use winzip or 7zip to compile it and extract it...
    but hey...at least u can play the damn game...hahaha

    try to mount it with daemon tool forst! then run cd-rom!
    you guys are lucky enough for me...my disk blank at the last dungeon (disk4)...
    before the last boss battle....arrrgh!
