Final Fantasy IX disc 4 of 4 freezes at last part

Hello again for those who read me posting about Vagrant Story (I guess that is off topic )
So... to the point then?
I can play perfectly from disc 1 to 4 before
And the problem now is... at the last place (I think) that is called '.....Memory' (kinda forgot its been month), I can still play there perfectly
But when I arrived at the place where you can see Lindblum (or something like that), the disc gives a blackscreen of death with the sound still plays...
Anyone knows how to past it?
PS: I use ePSXe 1.52

EDIT:Oh my I forgot, I use my CD directly (my country is full of pirate copy, so
I use a pirate copy of course)

 

One possible cause...bad burn on the disc.


Try this.

-Listen to the cd drive-does it go insane at this point?
-If so, try to "back up" the disc, if it's not too bad you can recover the disc data...or at worse see how bad the disc is
-Check for scrathes
-Download the game from here, burn that, and see.

Hrm...Well if it happens again with a game from here then it's something on your emulator's side.
