Final Fantasy IV compatibility

Final Fantasy 4 rom for nds is not compatible with no$gba. It can load but there is overlapping text. I heard that there are two programs, particularly NO$wtt and NO$pmp, which should be versions 3.4 or 3.5, which can solve this problem of overlapping text and let the game run smoothly. They are add ons. Can anybody post a direct link here, because i am unable to find a direct link on google, and I can only find large all-in-one packs that come with this add-on, coupled with unnecessary stuffs.
