Hello I have Final Fantasy Echoes Of Time I'm In the libary but the target ring of magic must be croass the bookcase Sorry for my bad english i'm Dutch
Well to make the ring "croass" the bookcase, you have to move the ring up to the bookcase, it should either slide under or up go up.If it slides under, than make it touch the statue and wait for the other spell to touch it. If it goes up, just wait like 2 seconds for it to come down than you should be able to make it go under (make sure the book spell doesn't reach yours before it goes under)
