Hi, i have recently downloaded an nds rom ( echoes of time ) and the first time i tried to save it, it told me to shut my emulator off. after checking the comments page, i followed Sagatar8's advice :

In order to play FFCC: EoT in NO$GBA, you need to find a file named "firmware.bin" for playing the game smoothly and save inside the game. Also please note that "firmware.bin" is available in different languages as most gamers find an US version game in different languages when they play in NO$GBA emulator. Please go to following Link:

    http://www.badongo.com/file/2821950

Here most probably you will get the English Firmware for No$GBA2.4a.

Copy the "firmware.bin" and other BIOS files to the same directory as your emulator(No$GBA ay version you have in your posession)

Now you might be able to play FFCC: Eot without any save related problems.

but after trying a few times, i still don't understand these instructions fully. can someone kind enough explain it to me please???

are you using the latest 2.6a emulator?

and it only need action replay code to overcome the protection.

You also need to use a bypass code for this game.
