final fantasy Christal chronicles echos of time saving problem!

i have a R4i and i downloaded this game to play it. the game starts up fine you can make a character then when you get to the save crystal and press the save button it says to reinsert the game cartridge and restart the game.
i have got the latest kernel update. just in case your wondering.
what should i do?

2. Download the USRCHEAT.DAT.zip
3. Replace it with your old cheat.dat
4. Activate the Game Fix code. TADA, YOUR DONE.

it still didnt work it just gives me a white screen and it freezes.
would it maby be that i have a R4i for the DSi
would i need a different patch?

 

DSi? No cart has been confirmed working on the DSi except for Acekard something.

 

There are a few out right now. angumon, does it work without the fix?

 

yes it does but it wont save even the other cheats will work on it.

 

Do you have the latest firmware etc.?

 

yes i do that was the first thing i checked

never mind i just went out and bought the game.

Hey there, I know this topic is kinda old, but I thought I shouldn't make a new one when there's already one existing, so...

It seems I'm one of the very few people on the planet who use Ninjapass x9. The thing is, I downloaded the patched ROM, and everything works fine. I can save, I got through the tutorial, everything that seemed to be giving other people problems. But, I have no sound.

Has anyone encountered such a thing yet? Playing a game with no sound really sucks. I'm hoping that someone can help me out with this.

Incompatible. Wait for new firmware (which I doubt can happen for the Ninjapass), or buy a new device.
