Ok. I ripped my Final Fantasy 9 game, all four discs using IMGBurn. Then I used PSP2PSX 1.4.2 to make a multidisc Eboot of the game.

I can boot it just fine, but there is no sound during the Intro movie. There is sound in the menus, during the game, battles, etc. Just not during the movies.

When I open the original ISOs I ripped with ePSXe, the sound is there. So something is being lost during the eboot creation. I've looked through the options of PSP2PSX incase there was an option for subchannel data (Which is where a lot of sound is stored, right?) but I haven't found anything.

Is there anything I can do to get the sound for the movies to appear?

    I have a PSP Phat, CFW 5.00 M33-6.

Thanks in advance, even if the answer is "That's just the way it is, you have to wait for another version of PSP2PSX or another CFW update".

    Edit:
Ok, I found a bit of stuff. Looks like I need to start using popsloader. I didn't really know what that was when I first started.

Incase anyone else wants to know, here are some links:
    Popsloader guide: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/628073
    PSX Compatibility Guide: http://www.gamerspress.com/index.php?title=PSX_on_PSP_Compatibility_List

    Edit2:
    Update. I loaded psploader for 5.00 M33-2, it works with 5.00 M33-2 through 6.
Contrary to the compatibility guide, 3.80 pops would not play the sound during the intro movie. I tried 3.72 pops and it worked correctly. Small audio glitches, but nothing major, occasional sound effect sounds odd, but nothing game breaking.
