that's quite an old version of the opengl driver, get the newer one, and make sure the special game fixes are enabled.

try using the P.e.ops soft driver.
I also have a graphic card and using the petes opengl driver 2 weeks ago and it freeze my chrono game..but after i change it to peops soft driver,it fixes the problem..
bear in mind that this driver didn't support any graphic card..

special game fixes are an option in the video plugin configuration. Near the bottom of the config screen is a checkbox labelled 'special game fixes'. Check it and click the button next to it, then check the final fantasy fixes.

There are a couple related to FF9 as wel, it depends on the plugin and the version. And those descriptions are just tagged on to help people understand what they are, in reality some of them work for other games as well.

Is there any possible way I can convert the epsxe save files to psxfin memory card or save state it doesnt matter cause i have them both saved near the same location

As far as I know they don't need converting, you can just swap the memory card files over.

I think they might use different formats. If they do you can use this program:

    http://www.geocities.com/aldo.vargas/tools/memmanager.html

It can change memory card formats, and move save files between memory card files, create new memory card files, etc. It's a very handy program to have with your emulator.
