No you can redownload files in a period of 24 hours from the last download of the same file. Also, if I remember, Final Fantasy IV is below 75MB, so it shouldn't cost you points.
meh i just redownloaded it now and got it. also i think it's 82 gig's i'm going go off topic for a sec thorugh is there a fourm section where we can talk about flash carts and stuff like that.
It's a flaw of the HTTP protocol that you can't check for integrity during download, but the file is fine, I'm certain because I downloaded it myself long ago when I realized I hadn't tried it yet.
