"file or directory corrupted and unreadable"

I have a r4 upgrade sdhc for DSL, I had been able to download a few games onto it with no problem and they worked on the DSL. But now every game that I download keeps giving me an error message "file or directory corrupted and unreadable" when I drag it onto the 2gb micro sd card. Can anyone help me with what the problem is?

 

The problem is exactly what that message says. Your microSD is corrupted. What you need to do is copy everything from the card to a folder on your PC. Then right click on the microSD and click format. When you've formatted it, copy everything from the folder that you made back onto your card. Then it should work.

It depends how badly it was corrupted. In this case, not too badly.
