I've cleared the game, but some missions are uncleared and aren't available. How do we unlock more missions?
Most of the hidden missions are unlocked by: 1) Talking to Penelo at the Saloon. 2) Synthesizing X number of items, leave the Saloon, reenter and then talk to Cu-Sith.
I've got one mission left that deals with Zodiark, and another mission that has 4 stages( where I got too) 1. How do I beat Zodiark and the other espers? What other way than leveling up cause I can barely capture a summoning gate. If there is no other way, how to level up fast( locations) 2. the stage 4 objective is too survive the onslaught. Q: How long do we run?
Yeah, I know its been seconded or thirded. Unless you tell me "I've read all the 3 (I think) FAQs posted up there, did whatever they said up to the micro-scale; and still, could not pass the level" then I'll help. :
In anycase, someone should put a 'RULES FOR THIS SECTION'. Whereby all members should check GameFaqs before posting here. Think some people are just lazy to read and want a quick answer.

I ain't lazy. I don't know why, but when I open gamefaqs.com, the site speed got slow. Games like FF have long faqs that take time to open and with a computer like mine, i had to wait for 5- 20 min. I still ain't lazy.
