Favorite Weapons

This is just a light discussion folks, so don't take it seriously ok?

So, anyway, say carrying weapons is not illegal, & you can choose which ever weapon/s you so desire, what weapon or weapons would you want to have?

It can be anything, melee weapons like swords & staves or ranged weapons like guns, arrows & whips, but not anything "futuristic" like photon torpedoes or laser pistols, & no magical fantasy weapons like, magic wands or djinni pots as well. Just weapons that exist today or have existed in the past. So let's say that you want an A-Bomb, no one can argue with you, because it's a "real-life" weapon.

For my choice, they're:

1. Japanese (Samurai) Swords - there are a lot of Japanese swords, but the ones I truly love are the ones made by either Muramasa or Masamune, & no guys, these are real swords I'm talking about. Yes countless RPGs feature Masamune &/or Muramasa swords as part of the game's weapon inventory, but there are actual Swords made by those two. You see, Masamune & Muramasa are actual people who once lived in Ancient Japan. They are master Artisans, blacksmiths & are proud members of Samurai lineage. Swords they have fashioned are seen as collectors items, but not for their deadly characteristics, but by how beautifullly crafted they were, long before the age of high gloss stainless steel, Swords by these two greats already feature water like glossiness.

2. Whips, to be exact, a particular whip found only here in the Philippines, which is made with the tip of the tail of a stingray attached at the very end of a leather whip base. This thing's very nasty, not only will the sharp barbed stingray tip cut a deep wound on the person who gets whipped with it, the wound will also cause a severe fever, if proper medical treatment isn't administered, as the stingray barb is poisonous to the touch.

3. European chain & mace ball whip, you guys are familiar with this one I hope

4. Tonfars or police nightsticks, yes these are awesome as well ;D

5. Ninja Shurikens or Throwing stars, small but lethal, especially if the pointed parts & the sharp edges were swabbed with the accompanying poison mixture.

 

1. A Zanpakuto......... dont realy need to explane why.
2. A Gundam because everybody wants one.
3. Realisticly speeking a staff because its soo cool how thouse Kung-Fu movie guys use it.

 

Umm Gundams aren't real Renji, although you can build a Gundam (theoretically) as every Gundam is designed using actual Engineering specifications (except for God Gundam & Wing zero custom's Laser holograph feathers), so your number two weapon choice is unacceptable

Number one isn't acceptable also as it is a fictitious sword, so you're left with your staff choice, although I'm hoping you don't mean something like Goku's stretch stick ;D

v Well your post below is acceptable, yeah those Chinese Staves are cool, I actually like the one with a sharp knife at one end that also serves as a kind of spear or the kind with inward curved blades at one end.

 

You mean the Nioibo? (I thingk thats how its spellt) No I mean like a wooden pole with decorative carvings and a metal ball on each end.

 

I'd want those wolverine claws from Ninja Gaiden 2. those look sick...

and then #2 would shurikens/kunais, and #3 would be some kind of sword

 

Oooh those are cool too, & very much real.

 

How about AK-47, Uzi, Shotguns, Snipers ( I want the one that '' Hitman '' uses ), Desert Eagle, Excalibur , The sword that Sephiroth uses and also the one that Cloud Strife uses ... if you ask my list will go on.

 

Silverballer (Hitman uses it, max upgraded). That would give ya style. 8)

 

Oh yah, I totally forgot about it.

 

Dude, it has around 50 bullets, it's an automatic weapon, with laser sight, scope and an absolute silencer. Plus, you can have two at the same time. ;D

 

Yeah handguns are acceptible on the thread, but excalibur, no because isn't that just a mythical sword? Cloud Strife's first Sword (the one you start the game with), though over exaggerated is based on a real sword, I think, a cavalier's sword used to cut through a horseman on his steed, I think. I'm basing this on Vagrant Story as there is a great Sword (a two-handed Sword) on that game's weapon inventory that looks like Cloud's Sword. And Sephiroth's Sword is an extremely long Samurai Sword so that one's acceptable also.

 

Give me some blades and guns and I'll be content.

I'm rather impartial to katanas though.

I'd want Sephiroth's sword simply due to the fact that its as big as I am and I'd probably find great amusement trying to swing the damn thing and breaking something.

AK-47, mercury folding stock, 70 round drum barrel, grenade launcher attachment.

if someone could modify a desert eagle so it is more like a rifle, that would be more practical. deagles are CRAZY mini cannons.

 

I personally would love to have a pair of trench knives. And maybe a Double Bladed Souba like Kadaj uses, though it isnt real im sure it could be easily crafted.

 

Bow and arrow. Nuff said

Oh and a MOAB(Mother of all Bombs...it's the powerfullest legal bomb!)

Gag and maybe a hole battleship equiped with so many rocket and missile launchers. Missiles are cool. Especially when you can rapid fire, swarms of them.

 

Excalibur, Buster Sword, Ultima Weapon, Biggoron Sword, Master Sword A gunblade like Squall's would be nice as well.

Cahos: Cloud's first sword is called the Buster Sword, which is actually Zack's old sword, the reason it was cut was because Sephiroth cut it in a battle with Zack with his long stick/sword. I know way too much about FFVII..

 

you can get a buster sword replica for around $200. lol

 

OMG my friend has replicas of every sword/weapon ever! he designs and sells them!!
and there like fully made of metal and hes got this Cloud's one, the buster sword from Zach, anfd it totaly rules
