So I was thinking, I read that allot of people actually read fanfictions yet there wasn't a real topic about it. So here is the topic.
Anyway, Fanfic's are like fun to read and write. I have written a few now ( but I'm not that good at it) and read a lot of them. Especially stargate, drake and josh, wolf's rain, yu-gi-oh, etc.

Anyway I was interested if any of you read Fanfictions too and which you like the most.

( If you would like to know what I have written click on this link: http://www.fanfiction.net/u/1615427/ )

I write fanfiction rather than read it. I've had several people say that one of my fanfics is good enough to be considered canon (a high accolade, I only know of one other fanfic in that fandom thats considered canon).

    ...

    That was weird...

I read a few fan fictions (like resident evil one's ) and personally they can match up-or create new grounds to look upon...

Just wished the origin of the "nemesis" was any good-it had potential but lacked anything that gripped me :(

I like to write fanfiction. I don't like to read it. Which is funny..

I used to write a lot of fanfiction about almost everything, but I lost my inspiration couple years ago. I still have one unfinished text on my comp. -.-'

Indeed a proper response maybe you guys of the fanfiction network should get together and right a half decent movie script for everyone's favorite video game:
    DOUBLE DRAGON!!!

You should also add to this discussion, fan fiction games, made by ROM Hackers. One good example, which has been shot down recently by Square-Enix was the Chrono Trigger fan fiction games.

A few months ago I was tryin' to do a Fanfiction based on Resident Evil series, but that the history take place in my country.
Since I'm currently busy, I forget to update it.

Ah, fanfiction... My other home where I can go to blow reality to tiny, tiny, bits. I write Final Fantasy, mostly FF7. I read a lot, too. I love to write alternate universe stories. I can't seem to write canon very well.

In all honesty, I've never played Resident Evil... *Ducks*

If anyone would be so kind, here's my page: http://www.fanfiction.net/u/1880019/

If anyone else posts a link, I'll be sure to check it out and review if I find anything with a genre I'm actually familiar with.

I love fanfic, and interactive fiction, and am working on some myself. I won't post any triworld projects of mine (like the mechanics of it), but I will do some other small projects and try to keep this post updated with them. I'm checking out the links, like yours OCV.

I find it hard to get into alternate ways of writing. I'm the camel's back when it comes to what I like to read. Sad, I know.

I haven't read fanfiction since I read a few Harry Potter fanfics... by the end they were all either hard or softcore pornographies between Harry, Ron, Hermione, Ginny, and in some wierd instances Dumbledore and Voldemort....
not all together at once though.... *shudder*

Aw, thanks. It means a lot that you'd at least glance at my work ^_^. I accept anonymous reviews in case you don't have an FFnet account... *Wink, wink*

Hey, I won't blame you for what you can/can't write. Everyone is different and that's why we have so many different stories floating around. I just have an overactive imagination ('See my Final Fantasy VII on Drugs' if you're curious), so I stick to the non-canon fics.

After Twilight (on #1...not sure if I'm finishing the series yet) I'll get around to it if I can remember. I also have a slightly full plate, but I always spend a few minutes doing nonessentials every day.

I just looked over your FF7OD and BS&T. They contrast (and don't feel utterly rushed) just with a quick look so I can say right now I am interested in reviewing them all. I'll get back with a proper review of each. I'm not a FF7 expert, but I will give you my best impression, k?

And I've decided that I'm pretty much doing 4 major things with my whole outgoing life for now. Fiction is one of those 4 things. By the way, I do have sort of a fanfic of the choose your own adventure genre set up here. Players are welcome!

Thanks! All of my stories are alternate universes pretty much, so you don't really have to know the storyline of FF7. It'd make FF7OD more fun, but it's not a necessity. As long as you know the general idea of what the characters look like, you should be fine.

I'll check out your choose your own adventure fic when I get a chance. College has started back up. Whoop-de-doo. So I'll be a little busy for awhile.

If anyone here writes Twilight fan fiction then you will be forever ridiculed by the staff. In fact, if you read it you will be also. Even mentioning Twilight will ge- wait. Dammit.
