So is anyone else excited about this? Just a month till release.
    Im going to preorder monday.
I reckon game of the year if it improves on Fallout 3.
Hardcore mode sounds good, you have to drink and eat or die of dehydration/starvation.
Also you can modify weapons, sounds great!

Yeh i think it will be epic. Though in hardcore you have weight on ammo as well. Very disconcerting.

Yes, no more stocking up with 12 weapons, gonna have to think carefully.
Damn I liked to have a different weapon for each occasion, I suppose its going to be realistic.
Normal mode is still the same though right?

Yes. Everything in normal mode is the same as it was but a bit tweaked of corse. Now you can aim down the sights.

I dunno, I never had the experience, so I guess I'll wait to play it and then I'll know if I like or not.

My friend said he was getting this and we've got an agreement of console-swapping every few months.

I'll just have to wait a little bit is all. :)

Careful, if it's your turn and you gonna play and find out that the controller is kinda dirt (yuck)
maybe your friend like the machines and... who know what happens to the controller :p

dunno if I'm going to get this or not, fallout 3 had terrible crash problems after operation anchorage.

Hmm but don't you think that now the engine could be polished?
    And maybe no more bugs?
Besides, the F3 crash seems to no more happens.
I got one cracked by Skullptura, he/she also did the fix up for his/her version.

I have the retail copy of both f3 and oblivion, and both are terrible for crashing

    Is that on PC?
They play fine on 360, ive only had one crash in about 200 hours where my character had the free run of the map cos everything was blue.

    yes on PC

Its ok on 360, game of the year edition with all the extras.
Saying that, my 360 overheats and pauses before it gets chance to crash.
Nah, its ok really, its the only game I keep going back to time and again.

    Natewlie A bag of tricks

I wouldn't be surprised if the game was buggy as all hell, as with Oblivion and Fallout 3. If they barely fixed any engine problems from Oblivion to Fallout 3, then they barely fixed anything from Fallout 3 to New Vegas.

I liked Fallout 3. After I modded it to hell on the PC, that way it wouldn't have so much memory leaks, NPC's dying, crashes, putrid looking models etc.
