Failed with error:connection to localhost:3312 failed (errno=111, msg=Connection

Hey everyone! I was browsing and downloading fine yesterday, however when i tried to access the iso/rom pages in the downloads section, I seem to get a white page with "Failed with error:connection to localhost:3312 failed (errno=111, msg=Connection refused)" What does this mean?

I can access and download games through the top games section on my home page, but that's about it. Hope someone can help with this

 

If you already know the title of the game you want to download then use google. Type the game's title followed by romulation.net. For example, Love Plus Plus NDS romulation.net.

I tried it just now and it works.
