Since I got some extra money sitting around I'm actually thinking of Ordering this One.The Question is,Is it really worth Buying?Is it really as good as ppl say?Is a memory stick needed?I have a DSLite so I should be able to use it right?
No memory stick needed, and it IS AS GOOD as they say. The games sav's remain on the slot 1 card (r4's or acekard type things) because the games are booted off from those...makes sence that the games sav's stay. However, a neat trick is ONE game can be saved and played on the card alone (enough built in memory to hold one game and sav) and to be used on a gba... Just boot a game as normal via ds card and this card, once it's done loading, try it on a gba and see....good for gba to gamecube transfers
As I attmepted to explain... Let's say you have an acekard and an ezy 3 in one. You store the games on the acekard, all the ezy thing does is boot the games and sends them off to run in gba mode-so it's not emulating but running it. The saves also go on the acekard. If you want to try the gba trick I was on about, just play the game you want to have on the cart...and throw into a gba and watch...when you connect it back to the ds with the acekard, the sav on the acekard will be updated. Hard to explain, but it's just acting as a bridge to run the gba roms in gba mode.
@Bold 1:Ok now that makes lots of sense the Acekard holds the games for the EZ to boot from to play.Makes perfect sense and convenient XD! @Bold 2:I have No GBA so option 1 is the only thing I can do XD!
