ez flash 3 in 1 rumble pack help

    help my ez flash 3 in 1 wont wrk with rumble i have rudolphs tool ver 0.55b and it wont work with rumble i press R nthing happens i press L same thing too.i tested 0.55 0.56 and it says no slot 2 device found redo from start.
    im using an r4 ultra ver 1.57 and can some one help me!!!
