If it says the file is corrupted, than the download was incomplete/corrupted. You need to redownload the file, use a good download manager this time, like FlashGet www.flashget.com
Is they a whole lot of rar files inside on a rar ? - If so extract them all into a one folder and use any part of the rar to extract the ISO file inside and it should read through all of them Are you could try 7zip
What do you mean by Iso and rar ? If the rar files are inside of rar , Then the iso image will be in the sub rar's, they could have bean a few looking blank ones that you also have to place in the folder... Are the rar's in numbers like 001 est ?

Mabe it would be best to redownload it from anuther location , Sometimes you can check on how its packed befor downloading it Mabe its a corrupted file anyway befor it was uploaded...
