external cd/dvd berners

    are external cd/dvd berners plug and play? or do you have to use add new hardware? and if they are plug and play do you have to have admen rights?

    Yes, there are external writers, but they're not very popular I don't think. No, you don't need to be an Admin to use it. Just like a normal internal writer.

    you need to be admin to install it most likely, it depends on how locked down the system is. Most of them are plug and play, however.

    wll i can install most open sours software and iv been able to install a thub drive, but i have to use 7-zip to see the cd-drive folder
