guys i having some problem : after login to my user account a "expstart.exe" popup shows that it "failed to update bitmap 6012:24". recently i had uninstalled the windows 8 transformation pack . so i know that this is the problem after googling a bit i found this video Spoiler Code: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TlIIkrOHWJc that easily fixes the problem by deleting a shell from regedit . i went to the regedit and found that in mine the, to be deleted shell has a data of expstart.exe Spoiler while in the video he deletes a one which doesent has any data so should i follow this video or are there any other methods ?

Post Merge: [time]1366202007[/time] anyway thanks Loony i solved it i had actually changed the start orb after installing the transformation pack so just had to undo it so i restored the original star orb (and then changed the start orb) now no problem with it
