EV training

    ok, so i'll try to start doing EV training on the HG/SS pokemon game. this would be my first time ( i know such a beginner:p) to do this kind of training.

    can you guys tell me the specific pokemons to battle with for Attack, defense, speed, Special attack ect. that will give me the EV increase for a certain category on the IV? well, thanks:D
