European Server 650 kB/s?

    Hey Seph, I just downloaded the 'Squishy Tank' ROM from the European Server with 650 kB/s, but on the page it said: Download Limit: 250 kB/s. Is this a glith or something?

    Hell no, the ROM was 5,91 MB, and It was done in 9 seconds!
    EDIT: Tried again, took me 33 seconds this time!

    Counting glitch in your program. Firefox will start the download once the save-as box pops up, so if you spend time navigating to where to save it then it will count wrong to begin with, 9 seconds is not enough for it to correct it.

    There really is no reason to report download speeds, we are 100% certain that it's sending at the allowed 250kb/s and no more.

    Then I think it must be a glitch in Internet Explorer, or I'm just getting crazy and start seeing things... :p

    The download sometimes starts even before you click ok on the download button in IE at times.

    Thus giving the impression of higher download speeds, when in reality, it's only up to the maximum set speed of the download server.
