europe and us roms?

    i just noticed that all the roms for the ds ive seen that the us versions are double the europe ones can somebody explain this to me?

    because most games released in europe or the US go to the other continent as well.

    that's how nintendo makes money! ;)

    and some of the european roms have multiple languages instead of just one, like most of the US roms

    thats not what i meant i meant that why are europe roms half the size of us ones

    Because Europeans are usually half the size of Americans

    Err they aren't necessarily half the size... Often time the only difference is the languages included. Sometimes you have games like rock band or guitar hero which includes different tracks, though, but that's the exception more than the rule.

    but if they add more languages shouldnt the europe version be bigger than the us?

    Can you show examples of such games? Usually they are pretty much the same size.

    nevermind i found out that they had double the roms with a patched and uncracked version

    Umm.. Only certain roms have a crack AND uncracked rom in the .rar file...You wouldnt happen to be talking about COP, would you?

    cod mobilized... i downloaded us v it worked but then at mission 3 it froze so i got European v it worked but when i went multiplier with my bro ( he still had us v) it didn't work so I'm guessing different format.
