Error

    for some reason when i try to open a downloaded file it says for example " Unsupported file type: - Shining Force - Kuroki ryuu no fukkatsu (j).rar

    you need to extract the rom using winrar (www.rarlabs.com). there is a tutorial in the tutorials section if you need it.

    WinRAR is perfectly fine, and free to use. No need to start swearing in a thread which was already solved.
