I'm having a bit of a problem with the Pokemon Black 2 on my F-Card. It keeps saying "Error:Write index table!" when I try to run it. I know it should be able to run on my flashcart because I got it to work somehow before, but when I tried to play again it gave me the "Error:Write index table!" error again. I've never had this problem with any game before and I was wondering if someone could help me with it. I've tried using both a patched and a clean rom but it doesn't seem to help.
Can you please be more specific? What's an F-Card ? Are you referring to Firecard N-Card? If yes, did you use pre-patched rom and toggle the save file type to 512bit? Anyway, FireCard is a generation 1 flash cart that was no longer supported since 2008, so it bound to see its limit.
By F-Card I mean the name of the flashcart. Heres what it looks like: http://www.willshops.com/images/F-Card-2GBit-for-NDS-NDSL.jpg I used both a pre-patched rom and a clean rom and tried changing the save type to all possible types available on my card and nothing seemed to work. I suppose I should probably get a new card now, as this ones quite old.
The link you provided doesn't work, even the name willshops can't be open by me. Could be the link also contain R-rated items or got potential malicious files; my internet provider auto block such explicit content and possible online threats. Anyway, never heard of such a thing called F-Card, might be either very old cart or unpopular cart. Only know about Fire Card and N-Card. Better buy a new cart, I believe the cart you have is out of date, and since its unpopular cart, there's no secondary firmware that support it. You might want to choose to buy an R4i Gold cart from R4ids.cn, Acekard2i, or DSTWO.
Sorry that link didn't work for you. Try this one if you want: http://i50.tinypic.com/vncd2x.jpg It is quite an old cart and I think I will buy another one soon. Thanks for the suggestions.
Yes, that's a version of a FIRE LINK card. There are several version of that cart, I got one that is only 1 GB. Better buy a new cart, find one according to what I had suggested earlier. Remember if you go for an R4, buy one that is supported by WOOD R4 or YSMENU/TTMENU (those are names of secondary firmware, by the way).
