I tried to download a Nintendo DS ROM, 0367 - Metroid Prime Hunters - USA. In the downloads page, when I clicked on North American Server download link, a page appeared, which said "503 Service Temporarily Unavailable", and a line, which below it, was "nginx/0.8.33".

By the way, I used Mozilla Firefox 3.6, no proxies, Windows 7. When I waited for some minutes, and tried it again, it's still showed that page. Then, I tried to use the Europe link, it's also showed that. Tried another ROMs, still the same. Anything wrong?

It could be your modem. Try resetting it.

Both links are working okay for me, and they download fine too. Just tested.

this means you are already downloading a file from us, or someone with your IP is. We only allow one download at a time.

SOO.. That could mean that your neighbour is using your broadband! l0l.
Put some WEP encryption buddy, if you don't have that already.

WEP is shit, can be broken in less than 5 minutes. Use WPA2

Whateva, if you find out someone cracked your WEP you can just go to the police and say 'ive been hacked' they'll search you and tack you down..

no they wont, its the user's responsibility to maintain the security of their network.

hmmm.. not so sure, but this is off topic i think so i wont go in further. i think its not your responsibility though. If someone hacks a protected network they are going into somewhere which you suspect is safe, but actually isent. I am no lawmaster but i still don't think its your responsibility.

I'm a network engineer, it is the network owner's responsibility.

Thanks for all the advices. Yes, after I tried it again, it's working perfectly. Seems that at that time, I downloaded a ROM, which stopped for some reasons. Not knowing that, I still download another one. :p Sorry for the trouble, and thank you very much. :)
